Don't recognize the number?

Because we provide our services with legal advocates across the United States, you may receive a call with an unknown number or an area code you might not recognize, depending on your mobile carrier. If you miss a call from us, then please wait 1-3 business days for an advocate to give you another call. If you do not receive a call back after that time— or if you do receive a call back but are unable to answer— then you may submit the eligibility form a second time to restart the free case review process.

If you have anything else you want to ask, reach out to us.

When can I expect to hear back about my case?

If you submit one of our eligibility forms, you can expect to receive a call back from a legal advocate in our network within 1-3 business days.

Occasionally, we may encounter minor service delays that could take a couple of business days to process.
How does the qualification process work?
Part 1: Pre-qualify by submitting the online form for your lawsuit. Don’t forget to add any important details about your case in the final section!

Part 2: Your case will be assessed by one of our representatives. If your case gets approved, you should receive a call back within 1-3 business days.
Why haven't I received a call yet?

If you haven’t received a call within at least 3 business days after submitting any of our eligibility forms, then your case likely did not qualify for assistance. But, every once in a while, there may be minor delays on our end that prolong our qualification process by a day or two.

Do I have a product liability claim?

Generally, product liability claims are defined by these key principles:

1. You got injured or sick after using a product as intended, and the product you used was defective in some way.

2. The product’s defect was connected to your injury, or the cause of it.

Do I have a personal injury claim?

Your personal injury claim should meet these criteria:

1. The other party involved owed you a duty of care (as a law-abiding driver, as your doctor, etc.)

2. The other party’s negligence caused your injury, which led to damages.

What do I do if I made a mistake on the evaluation and already submitted it?

If you made a mistake while filling out a free case review evaluation, such as entering the wrong phone number or reporting incorrect information about your case, you can re-submit it with the correct details. Just be sure to let our team know that it was a re-do attempt in the “Please describe what happened” section of the form.

Why do I only have a certain amount of time to file a claim?

Legal proceedings in the U.S. must follow the statute of limitations, a law restricting how much time you have to file a lawsuit or a settlement claim. The specific time limit for your case would depend on your state and the type of lawsuit you want to file.

In most states, personal injury cases have a 2-3 year time limit that starts either on the day you were injured, on the day you were diagnosed with an illness, or when you discover who may be responsible for your damages.

What do I do if my cancer or illness isn't listed on the form?

If your cancer type isn’t listed, please select “Other Cancer” at the bottom of the cancer type dropdown. At the end of the form, tell us about your specific diagnosis in the “Please describe what happened” text field.

If your illness is not listed on the form, please keep in mind that your case will most likely not be able to qualify.
